NYLON POWDER FOR SLS SYSTEM

PA13S is a fine thermoplastic Polyamide Nylon Glass filled stabilized powder formulated to produce functional low friction parts and typical applications in automotive and consumer applications for friction surfaces. This material is mainly used on rapid prototyping systems by laser sintering or radiation. It provides production of prototype & functional parts with long life cycle and excellent functionality. The recommended layer thickness amounts to 0.15 mm.

  • Young Modulus: 3200±150 N/mm²
  • Elongation At Break: 9±1%
  • Flexural Strength: 2900±150N/mm²
  • Flexural Modulus: 73±2 N/mm²
  • Charpy - Impact strength: 35±2 kJ/m²
  • Charpy - Notched impact strength: 5.4±0.3 kJ/m²
  • Hardness: 79±2 (Shore D )
